You launch FidMe and your cards have disappeared? Synchronize your account

Some of you told us your cards are gone on your FidMe account. Don’t worry, this is just a visual bug. To solve it, synchronize your account from your profile. All your cards will reappear !

“How to synchronise my FidMe account?”

Go in your profile (top left of the application) and click on the two arrows next to your name.

 Your cards are not lost, all your data are stored on our servers, to allow you to recover your cards, points, stamps from any mobile. If your cards have disappeared, do not add them again, you will have your cards duplicated!

This bug will be fixed in the next FidMe update. Until then, if in doubt , simply synchronize your FidMe account, it’s the correct way to solve this issue !
